At Seven Oaks we are committed to maintaining the trust and confidence of our customers and visitors. We do not sell, rent or trade personal details in any way with other companies or businesses for marketing purposes.

Data that we collect

When someone visits our website www.sevenoaksruthin.co.uk we use a third party service, Google Analytics, to collect standard internet log information and details of visitor behaviour patterns. We do this to find out things such as the number of visitors to the various parts of the site. This information is only processed in a way which does not identify anyone. We do not make, and do not allow Google to make, any attempt to find out the identities of those visiting our website.

As part of the registration process for our competitions, we sometimes collect personal information. We use that information to tell you about offers or promotions and to let you know if we are running an event. We do not rent or trade email lists with other organisations and businesses.

In order to make a customer enquiry using our website it is necessary to complete a contact form. This information is used for the sole purpose of getting into contact and in direct relation to a specific enquiry.

Within the website footer there is an option to submit an email address, to subscribe to receive notifications of future offers, promotions and events. Email addresses that are submitted using this website function will be stored in a Mailchimp account.

In the event that a customer or member of the public provides personal information to us by telephone, by email, in person or in writing, the information will only be kept until it is no longer required for the purpose in which it was intended.

If information related to a job application is supplied, such as a CV, we will use the information for the purposes of filling a job vacancy. We will only retain this information for an additional period of time if there is a possibility of using it to fill a future vacancy and where we have consent to do this.

We use social media and website users can connect to this platform through the www.sevenoaksruthin.co.uk website. The privacy policy and general terms and conditions of the relevant social media are applicable to this use.
